Why is flexibility important? Why should I spend my time improving the flexibility of my body?
From the moment every human being is born, they are aging. The aging process can be cruel or kind depending on how your physical body is treated. Flexibility involves mostly the muscles, tendons, and joints within the body. When these elements are more flexible, then the body has a chance to defy the aging process to a certain degree. The physical body can move more freely, which allows less injury to occur and in turn less pain is experienced. Another effect of flexibility is having a more efficient flow of blood, which enables our brain and thought processes to function at a higher level leading to a positive/feel-good mindset. When the Flexibility course is combined with the other courses, a sense of completeness is experienced.
